Full of ideas and I need people to work with - Where to find them?

I do understand that we've covered some of this in previous topics, but I'm "desperate".

Here me out. I wouldn't work with desperate people, as I've had truly bad experiences in the past, and when I say "desperate" I don't mean desperate in that way.

What I'm talking about, is the fact that I'm leaving money on the table for each day I don't take action. - And I literally don't have the time to take action..

Well, I don't have enough time to put in the necessary amount of action for all these things.. - So I need people to work with. I'm "desperate" in that way.

Have you ever experienced something similar?
What did you do about it?

I've been talking with people from various internet forums and I've got some great business partners and I've been part of several product launches. In one way or another.. But I want in! - I need more. I want more.

Most of the people I talk with doesn't realize what it means to be a partner. They end up dreaming about millions and private jets. And I'm not like that. At all!

I don't look for a ten thousand dollar income. I'm more the type of guy who's looking for hundreds of $1 income streams. - What should I do?!

Do you have investment?, I'm a hardworking person, i did freelancing, outsource projects, but now wanted to do something permanent and productive, i don't have any investment yet, it my take time to do this so, i'm so curious to start something productive, i have ideas, but no partners teammates etc., just working on it.

I've literally tossed away thousands of dollars during both 2015 and 2016, on bad investments.. Due to my own stupidity. - I've always been impulsive in life and I've been that in my freelance career too.. And when it comes to investments.

So yeah, I might have enough money for investment, depending on what the project would be, but I'm careful nowadays when it comes to investments, just because I've tossed away money previously. - Nowadays I'm doing research and I'm more cautious than before. - It's fun to toss away money while you can, but it's fun until the money is gone..

Yes Andre, seriously I know exactly what you mean.

I can't offer you any solution on how to go about finding a trustworthy person though. I mean there are not many people around that will do the job like you will.

I wish I could share some nifty tricks with how to find the perfect person to work with but I can't. I will be watching this post though and seeing if there is something incredible added to it. Perhaps Razzy has the secret formula for weeding out the bad ones and finding the gems?

It is not easy to find someone you can trust. I know this from first hand experience, and due to bad experiences I have come to the conclusion that it is almost useless and a waste of time to try to find someone that is really hardworking and can be trusted. So I suggest that you try to find someone you know in person, rather than online. In that way you might be able to improve the result of the quality of the work and the level of trust hopefully.

If you have the money to spare and you have the ideas or plans and you only lack the people who will work for you then that is not a hard problem. All you need to do is to post an ad in any venue of your choice and for sure, you will receive good responses. But if you have the ideas and the plans but you don’t have the budget then that’s a different story for what you will be needing are investors to your ideas. And I’d say that is a harder problem to solve.
