    Will the $24 be deducted on my first payout on Payoneer?

    Hi. I have just activated my card in Payoneer but I am wondering if I will make my first payout on SEOClerks through Payoneer, will the $24 be deducted from there? I have activated my card without paying the $24. I am just worried that it will be deducted on my first payout. I am from Philippines. Thanks for replying to me. =)

    Did you received your card by DHL or by Fedex. Have you any previous pending with payoneer? Than payoneer will deduct $24 for the previous due.
