    Yes. You can. Just post unique contents on your website and submit sitemap regularly.

    It depends on what you mean by SEO because posting contents is an SEO method. Even if you don’t use keywords and don’t spread your backlinks, you can still get a good SEO ranking with the contents. And if you mean all the SEO methods excluded then your website will stagnate and for sure it will slide down in the rankings and in a short time, it may even be out of the rankings.
