i think any seller not provide full guarantee
please read full service description before buy and check what he promise
or if you have any doubt you can msg to seller and confirm
if seller promise and not deliver as promise you can reject his delivered order
and can send order cancel request
or you can open support ticket if any seller not deliver as promise
Thanks

Dear Sir If you buy a service from Seoclerk ( #1 Ranking top on google )
there are many factor to rank in google and if you are using high competition keywords it is more diffualt to rank in google because of competition . In Seoclerk the seller explain his/her service in description in details therefore when you buying the service make chat that seller on seller for Result and details.
but there is a guarantee offer on service that person who is selling the service. how much % he/her refund you if the work is not done or you do not get the better result as you plan.
i hope this short comment explain your Issue.
