What is the difference between "Total Revenue" and "Balance"?

My "balance" is more than $15 while my "total revenue" is less than $15. When I try to withdraw my "balance", it says that I do not have enough balance to withdraw. The minimum amount to withdraw is $15. That's very confusing, can someone explain to me what the actual fact behind all that?

Hmmmm that's odd.

Your balance is how much you have in your account that you can withdraw right now and your total revenue is how much you've made since you started selling. It doesn't make sense that your total revenue is lower than your balance.

I would contact the help desk and see if they can look into it. Maybe there was a dispute and someone was refunded money? That might mess with your numbers a little bit, but just to be sure, you'll want to contact support here: https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Keep the "total revenue" option aside for a while. In simple words, my balance was clearly $25, but I was not able to withdraw it, and I tried several times as a new experience. Okay?

Without a doubt, my balance was absolutely $25 but when I tried to withdraw it says that the minimum limit to withdraw is $15 that was really surprising and a clear systematic error of SEO Clerk management team who must correct it. Since I could not withdraw, I had to spend on Gigs.

It's a hundred percent true, without a mistake or misunderstanding on my part. The fact is the fact whether it might be hard to accept for some. That's about it, for now.

Maybe you redeemed a $5 welcome coupon in your account. For that your account is showing $5.
But you can not withdraw that money (the $5 from seoclerks, you can buy anything with it!), you need to earn $15 (more) for the first time withdraw.

May be, you earned $14, so you have-- $5+$14= $19 in your account as your balance.
But your "Total revenue will be $14, that you earned by working.

Hope, i can gusee the issue right!!
Thank you.
