    My order disappeared!

    It took money from my account but the order disappeared.

    I have 'No orders found' in 'my shopping'.

    It could be due to the reason that seller has canceled the order that you are looking for (in that case you should have receieved a notification). However, not sure if that is the case exactly without knowing other details.

    Okay, I received my money back, will try to transfer it to another bank account/card and pay with that card, I think there's something wrong with the bank I used, because earlier, when I used different one everything was fine.
