To make that much one must have a good content site that attracts tons of visitors daily.

The ads must be placed in a way that they're seen and clicked on.

The ads must be targeted with the right keywords to attract targeted audience.

You need high traffic that also has a high conversion rate in order to earn $200 a month from adsense. Gaining traffic is not enough for adsense. Your traffic also need to click ads. Asking for as click will ban you from adsense, therefore, clicks should come organically. You should get at least 100K organic traffic daily to make that amount.

WOW to get 100K organic traffic daily it really need to be some very busy and popular blog and i guess most of us here don't have such figures, not even close. Also this is old topic, but i am constantly searching for good possibilities on increasing my daily click trough rates on my blogs. However, building organic traffic is most important and needs lot more attention, as it's hard to get specially for relatively new blogs
