How to remove an unsuccessful plugin folder from wordpress website?

I tried to install a plugin on my wordpress account, but it failed. After back, I tried again and again, but the plugin was not installing. It shows, there is a folder on same name. New folder can't be created before removing the first one. Now, how can I remove the first folder from the website server?

Using a file manager plugin/ftp access/cpanel file manager you can see the root folders of installed wp.

From there public html>wp-content>plugins, you can remove the faulty plugin folder.

& DON'T FORGET TO KEEP A BACKUP before proceeding...

Best Regards.

You may see the root directories of installed WordPress using a file manager plugin/ftp access/cpanel file manager.
some web designs are really complex and requires different measures but i think this will do.
You can delete the defective plugin folder from public html>wp-content>plugins.
