After all, this is marketplace and many buyer and seller involve here for buying and selling services and making some money and convey to his family. And payment gateway as like blood of all activity. If it is continuously going on under trouble, that should not good for us by any consideration. But which almost recovered as I know. And hope everything will be normal in near soon. I know Jordan and his team doing well and we trust him very much. I am here almost 9 years and I know Jordan and you and other team member even I worked with all of you and I know all of you are very dedicated and doing hard under some extend. Jordan always make this marketplace very convenient for all of us.

I would like to get some information to all as buyer and seller.

Jordan just shift business model to your own hand and nothing much different. They got trouble so they has to be changed. Do not blame them either support.

Payment gateway:
At this moment, you can get pay several ways, which Beverly mentioned in other comment. You can get paid via paypal, skrill, coinpayments, coingate, airtm, myuser.com, authorize.net including card payment and more coming soon.
Give me an example form other marketplace, who get you such an opportunity to get paid by several sources? No nothing there. It is my 12 years experience. If you see fiverr, upwork all mostly accept payment via paypal and card. Nothing more there.

If you withdraw, now you can get payment via payoneer and Hyperwallet/Paylution ID even via wise account.
So this also convenient from other marketplace, if you compare.

If you ask why withdrawal has delaying, I would like to say, It is happening for temporary. Because their fund stuck on Paypal and stripe and it will be normal again very soon.

30% commission look high but who tell you it is high, get your fund your own payment gateway, you will get 100% for each sell.

Free bump: it should not be more and they has to be earn at least something from marketplace. Now Seoclerks offer several promotional option for user by paid bump and highlight. Did you see free bump to any other platform? Get sell and get ratting gradually and everything will convenient for you. You are now save 20% commission, so what is the problem to buy paid bump? Do not forget nothing easy on interment marketplace.

$1 service has to be die: This type of low budget service break seoclerks reputation. And this tiny amount purchase buyer who specially purchase via PP, they make dispute most. And you will be big loser, if you getting dispute more and more time on your paypal for $1 service.

Add fund: Why I insist for add fund option must to active?

For example: if you only allow to add fund via card or skrillor airtm or which you think convenient or safe for you instead of paypal. Once buyer add fund on their account, he/she can use account balance for who even do
not have paypal or other payment method active. Simply pay by balance.

Buyer able to buy service from everyone but using account balance. And you will deduct 30% commission from seller. It is simple and very useful and buy and sell will increase again.

As far as we know, PayPal isn't supported in BD & PK and the majority of the clients don't use airtm.they use paypal So,this is really big problem to get orders.sir Beverly.i am a normal freelancer.in our country, PayPal does not support so i can not add PayPal to my account. before the update comes I got lots of order but now because i don't have PayPal i can not get any orders. most of the seoclerk buyers use PayPal to give orders.because in our country we don't have PayPal so i can not get enough orders it really helpless for me . Unfortunately! no way without paypal as a seller. where you live does not big concern but how business will run that is concern. SEOclerks has no way to add paypal again. And they hand over the business to all seller and buyer. I know you live in BD but you have to find way to use PP. It is not very hard to manage a PP account from BD. Contact with your FNF who live in outside and make open a account by them. This is may best option as I suggest for you.
Sorry to know your situation. This situation not only you suffer but also suffering a lot of seller and buyer.
Hope everything will be okay again soon. 80% already recover remain will be okay soon. Do not worry!

But many of us are not getting jobs because of the change in the system of your payment method, and our unemployment is increasing. PayPal is not supported in several countries including our Bangladesh. We can't use PayPal because we don't have PayPal in our country. We have got into a lot of trouble because of this. I accidentally added a PayPal to my account. But this PayPal is disabled, many of my hard-earned funds have been transferred to PayPal and gone automatically. By doing this I have got into a lot of big problems.

Why do we have so many problems with PayPal? There are many clients who want to order from us, but we can't get orders from them because we don't have PayPal. You have shared this payment method with us. People in the country who support PayPal are working happily and getting a lot of orders and we have a lot of problems and worries because PayPal does not support in our country.

We have a lot of sellers who are losing a lot of money for PayPal. Many of us have suffered a great deal only because of the system change of the payment method. Many of us are facing problems step by step as payment method systems change the rules and regulations in this way.

We want our funds to be deposited in SEOClerks Main Balance, and we will withdraw our funds from there any payment method we like.

We don't really have this option. As noted in the original post, we are not acting as a payment aggregator. If a seller has that payment method, they are welcome to use it. We cannot use the company payment method to process funds for seller.

We are always with seoclerks no matter what. These are hard times for everyone but don't forget this platform has also provided a great business and opportunities for more than 9 years almost. When on internet thousands of freelancers were tired from other marketplace staff behavior and seller support Seoclerks undoubtedly proven to be amongst the best in prompt and friendly support. I can understand many freelancers especially from Pakistan and Bangladesh are facing huge problems due to PayPal but trust me I am working on Seoclerks for almost 7 years now and I have full faith in staff and Jordan that they would figure something out very soon. Try to understand their situation as well they are already stuck due to the reason Beverly mentioned above. Still they are trying best to bring traffic and buyers to Seoclerks.Hard time will pass sooner or later Don't put your hopes down trust me Seoclerks will be back to normal very soon. Till then try to get buyers by promoting service and maintain your new ratings I know its very hard I am also in this with you guys but somehow managing to get few orders a week.
There are many professionals here I would suggest you to find a payment solutions and recommend it to staff. We pray Seoclerks staff and Jordan will find a good solution for everyone.

Thanks for making a announcement We are really worried what's happening in Seoclerks, And i Really fell bad for the PayPal Limit issue.

I have just 1 question Many countries does not Support PayPal Like my Country Pakistan Does not support PayPal & Bangladesh Also not supported, PayPal is not available in both countries, Skrill Requires a Valid Business/Merchant account thats very difficult to every seller, Authorize,net, Is Also available in just Few countries.

Only Airtm is Available in Mostly countries but Airtm is P2P if any buyer wants to deposit funds in Airtm, Airtm Fee is 19% if any Buyer wants to deposit funds directly Airtm Charges 5% but only Few countries have Direct deposit option...

I Have 1 request if Seoclerks Fell safe Try to Add any Credit Card option to all not supported PayPal, Skrill, Authorize,net, Countries. I don't know about any one but i have Really No issue with 30% Seoclerks Fee no Free Boosts i just want a Supported Payment methods so i can survive in this Covid Pandemic, I am sure many sellers are also agree with the Credit card option & Specially many Top Buyers have not PayPal

We removed the 20% Marketplace commission on most type of sales, meaning you are receiving 20% more money from the sale of each service, assuming buyer uses your payment method. For this reason, the free boosts were removed.

It's been more than 8 Years I am with seoclerks. I never worried for a single moment about my funds or any doubt about marketplace.
It's true, It was a very big changes and we are happy that everything now in control. All changes takes time to adopted by everyone and I am sure we all will do that as well. All changes bring something good for people. No worries.

About PayPal:
We know PayPal was very crucial for our Business but at the same time we also know, sometimes how brutal PayPal can be when several disputes happens. SO as a marketplace owner what happened with ionicware just imagine. How they will handle all of disputes behalf of all sellers. I believe our ionicware team and Jordan did their best to keep it normal but finally it gone. It's okay. let it be.

One more thing:
Specially, I will never forget the support of Jordan. I believe he is the only one Person in the world who allowed us fee less withdrawals and adding funds also was completely free, No processing fees. All cost beard by ionicware.
I will be life time thankful for that. All other marketplace place charge a fee for withdrawals, Orders, and Transfer. Except Seoclerks, Ionicware.

Allowing sellers for direct sale and take no commission!
Honestly, It Makes No sense to me, that we will work in a marketplace and that won't earn anything from our sales. It shouldn't be.
It gives a insecure feelings among sellers that if marketplace not earn how it will run or promote us.
I can't be more selfish by having 100% in my wallet and forgetting where I belong. I still will request to you all and Jordan for adding that commission as it's a normal fact.

SO I will keep requesting please add commission and give some favor to sellers and promoters who affiliates our services. About New Payment Methods:
I do welcome these addons and I will request as we are a seller/freelancer it's pretty tough for most of us to do validation of our business. SO if there is something can be done from Jordan or team please do or guide us. Thank You so much.

For those who thinks 30% is much:
Dear all sellers, It's not from your 100% sales. It is only from few orders which payment you can't receive direct. So No worry there is no Loss.
Tips: Add more value to your service, redesign your service and raise price (you can even raise calculating 30% with base price) That's fine. If clients sees more work they will pay more.

Free Bumps: Honestly, I never believed free bumps had impact on sales except bumping it on top. I never used it almost last 6-7 Years. I have more than 250+ Free bumps always in my accounts.
Just buy 20 Bumps for $8 and bump it 20 times. It will re-bump in 12 hours and your gig will remain highlighted. That works more.
Tips: Always buy 20 Bumps as it is reasonable. also try to catch seoclerks offers. Sometimes on special days it offers 100% discounts on bumps. if you buy 20 it will be 40. That way collect more bumps and use them accurately. Find the right time to bump your service to get more sales and visibility.

Seoclerks does not remove 20% commission. They made it 30%(added 10%) for people like us. We can't use any other payment method except Payoneer. Previously the commission was 20%, now it's 30% including paid boosts.

That is a great question and I appreciate your taking time to contribute.Only those payment methods that seller has added in payments tab of settings will appear at checkout for your use.

Currently, there are several other payment options besides PayPal including Coingate, Myuser, CoinPayments, Skrill, Authorize.net, etc. Not all sellers will have access to all payment methods listed.

If you have a suggestion for a payment method which you can use, that is not listed here, please feel free to let us know.

Thank you for explaining what's is going on with Seoclerks right now but I have one big concern. You are talking mostly about sellers but what about your affiliates?

I've been promoting SeoClerks through affiliate sales since 2012.
Your changes about including direct payments for sellers means basically for every affiliate no % cut for sale.

That changes everything and it makes Seoclerks not as good place to promote anymore.
On https://www.seoclerks.com/affiliate it still says "You will earn a commission from all of your affiliate members sales, no matter what."

With your recent changes that is unfortunately not true anymore.

We are not at all pleased with some of the changes such the following:
1. For sellers who assign PayPal as their method of payment, they do not get 100% of the fees as SEOclerks is claiming. SeoClerks will receive 10% and PayPal will receive 5% of the total cost.
2. There are a lot of buyers who use PayPal to defraud sellers and therefore SEOclerk is also trying distancing itself from PayPal because of this. Buyers do this by filing mischievous claims to PayPal after receiving sellers' products or services and because the payment was made directly to SEOclerk's PayPal account, only they can agrue on the seller's behalf and oftentimes they don't and sellers hard work goes in vain.
3. SeoClerks has mandate sellers to submit credit card details so that they can charge sellers 10% directly whether or not an order is completed. I find very unfair to sellers because a buyer can receive a product or service then cancel the order on PayPal and they will receive a full refund but SeoClerks will still charge the seller's credit card 10% of the incomplete order. This basically gives sellers no leverage or security in using SEOclerk's platform.

If SEOclerks requires a seller to pay 10% of an order then the seller cannot get 100%. Yes, 100% goes to the seller's PayPal account minus the 5% for PayPal fees but SeoClerks has mandate sellers to submit a credit card so that they can deduct their 10% plus $0.3 for each payment made through PayPal. And according to SEOclerks they don't care if buyer completes the order or not, they will still take 10% plus $0.3. So if a seller starts an order for $500, SEOclerks will instantly charge their credit card $50.30 before the order is even completed. If the buyer is mischievous and cancels the order via PayPal after receiving the product or service, the seller will lose twice as much because SEOclerks will not return the $50.30 it deducted from the seller's credit card.

As noted in other responses, the change was made as now sellers receive 100% commission when buyer uses the seller's own payment method. Keeping in mind that before a 20% commission was deducted from all sales, not only balance purchases.

The sale of the official Ionicware services including perm/category feature and paid boosts help us to stay in business.

Only balance purchases incur a 30% Marketplace Commission for seller and before this was 20% for all sales.You can add your own payment method under payments tab in settings to receive 100% of the money from sale of your service.

Why do we have so many problems with PayPal? There are many clients who want to order from us, but we can't get orders from them because we don't have PayPal. You have shared this payment method with us. People in the country who support PayPal are working happily and getting a lot of orders and we have a lot of problems and worries because PayPal does not support in our country.

We have a lot of sellers who are losing a lot of money for PayPal. Many of us have suffered a great deal only because of the system change of the payment method. Many of us are facing problems step by step as payment method systems change the rules and regulations in this way.

Been using these services for over 3 years. No complaints until now. I understand that PP is messed up for a lot of people in different countries. Is there any way to set up your website so that we as buyers can either deposit money from our credit card to purchase services or pay directly by credit card. This would eliminate PP and other external ways for payment. Depending who I order from now, I have to open numerous payment accounts with Coingate, Myuser, CoinPayments, Skrill, Authorize.net, etc. I really like this site and hope this can be fixed. I have lost my payoneer and tried many times to re-add a new payoneer on the settings tab but I was failed as my old one is still associated with payoneer. Payoneer told they can't disassociate the old one from their end. After that I withdrawn my fund trough wise.com and it was successful. But why now I see only payoneer and not wise or airtm ????? Its above a month we enable to withdraw my fund. Its really horrible situation for receiving and withdrawing fund from SC. Only for the papal problem we shouldn't not be punished together here. Please active at least wise.com for me

AS a FORMER EMPLOYEE of SEOClerks myself, and as much as I truly enjoyed my early years here. I must say, there is little here for me now.
Jordan used to Post Content quite often. Now where is he?
I had suggested that he create an Ionicware Debit Card in order for people to be able to access their Balances, Built Points via Affiliate Sales etc.
I've often wondered why Ionicware has NOT gone PUBLIC - like Fiverr (who's stock price shot up over 1,255% the 1st year).

Perhaps not through an IPO, but at least through a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) which is much cheaper and a fast way to access the kind of Capitol needed to keep up with rivals such as Fiverr.

Now, they can't even hold a Paypal account? At least if they were public, we could invest in the Company in more ways.

But I knew when they removed all my Services, something wasn't right. There is a CANCER within. And someone in charge needs to make an EXECUTIVE decision before all is lost.

Now, all I live for are my Affiliates...All 10k of them....

Thanks for your inquiry. And I believe this was previously covered via ' we made the decision to no longer accept or aggregate payments on behalf of our sellers.' Allowing buyers to add funds to balance via PayPal, credit card etc and then make purchases of a seller's service is a form of 'payment aggregation'. As noted before, we are moving away from. You can add your own PayPal, credit card processing options etc, under the payments tab in Settings.

Several payment methods will give the more facilities.

But Buyer can purchase the order by any payment method (with %) and seller can withdraw the payment by any payment method (with%) will give more and more and huge numbers of business for seoclerks.

My requests is that: so that seoclerks can not loss the seller. Paylution/Hyperwallet verification for seller services payment section will make you more brand.
Paylution/Hyperwallet withdraw method is very much suitable method for the big big sellers.

Payment withdraw by Bitcoin/Etherium/Litecoin/Coingate/Coinbase/Coin Payments or any crypto currency will also give seoclerks more facilities for the worldwide seller and buyer.

Hi SeoSamir, As noted before, there is a tradeoff. You can add a payment method under the payments tab in settings to receive 100% of the funds. We do not deduct the 30% commission on those sales. This should be good incentive to complete that step.

This is because Paypal is the defacto payment method for the greater majority of businesses & individuals on the internet. All other payment systems are just "also rans", lacking the ease of use and market penetration of Paypal by a large margin.

It's unfortunate Paypal have this power to make or break a business, but they do, unless governments legislate against it and decide Paypal is an essential service. This will never happen.

Paypal do release a frozen accounts funds eventually, but it takes 180 days i.e. 6mths to happen, so unless SC can find other sources of funds to pay out money owing to freelancers, I think we may have to wait out those 6 mths before we see all our funds released to Payoneer.

The best outcome we can hope for is somehow Paypal reverses its decision in regards to SC's account, but going on past experiences, this is very unlikely.

Seoclerks please add cryptocurrency withdrawals. You can implement this in just one day. It can be temporary solution or constant. You can add some altcoins with low transfer fees like LITECOIN for example. Current solution is not acceptable. I won't send any ID scans to withdraw my affiliate money, forget it.

Due to the Recent Business Model Upgrade of SEO Clerks, The Sellers are now allowed to receive direct payments. Funds arrive in the seller's payment method immediately, and there is no hold for direct payments.

So for No need to deposit money like before. By the time all sellers will add almost all payment methods, you will buy directly using the same payment method you used to deposit your money.

Hey,

ATM, there is no chance of getting things back like past. Everything has changed. As Paypal Limited the SEO clerks account, they cannot add it for us right now. So the better solution is to have your own PayPal accounts. And add it to get direct payments as it's now allowed. And if you can't own PayPal due to not being available in your country, I suggest using your family/friends Paypal who will allow you access and actively help you when PayPal verify access etc. There are no better alternatives right now.

You can also add Air TM and other gateways if you want.

You can use your own Paypal account now, as per the instructions on the Payment page. SC can't provide PP themselves, as they did before, as PayPal has disabled their account.

This is what has caused all the issues over this past 6 weeks and bought about all the changes. If your country of residence cannot access Paypal, then I'm afraid it's not an option for you. This is the big downside of the new system, but there's nothing SC can do about it, as it's all in Paypal's hands.

i am facing withdrawl issue my payoneer withdrawl is pending from 7 july was told 14 days but its still in pending state as its worrying i also contacted support directly they told me in next couple of days but still not got now i am in serious need of it help me on this?

Also I want to know that like in my country their is no paypal some of my buyers told me they cannot order me as i donot have any paypal added ? so are you looking to find a solution for it or this is ended for us.
Second thing I want to ask i also got a message to add card but my card was declined by site although i am using it for payment on many other sites . i got message of 0.3% fee? i am not getting money in pay pal how will this work will i have to pay extra additional fee by card ?
