    My order was canceled by administrator.

    I have paid via Paypal direct on SEOCLERKS but the order was canceled by the administrator without any notification or email. The cancellation was by the SEOCLERKS administrator and not by the seller. What happens to my payment as it has not been refunded, nor has the seller communicated with me.

    I think support Cannot cancel your order because You are paying directly without any marketplace protection.

    The order was canceled by SEOCLERK admin before the seller can deliver.

    Here is the response from SEOCLERKS "Our marketplaces no longer collect funds on behalf of the seller and now only facilitates the meeting between the buyer and seller, with payments being sent directly to the seller for the service you requested. While we can put the order in a canceled state on our marketplace, we do not have access to the funds which were paid. You'll need to contact the seller for a refund or file a dispute if they are unwilling to refund you"

    The order was cancelled by SEOCLERKS admin due to the banning of the seller on the platform. There is no longer any marketplace protection so "buyer beware"

    I have filed a dispute with PAYPAL so let see how this plays out.

    They are banning the seller, that is why all things happened, don't worry about the funds PayPal will solve your issue. But one thing to keep in mind here at SC is no more marketplace protection for buyers and sellers, so be aware.

    if your order canceled by the administrator that means you clint contracted with the support team and they canceled this order and nothing to do on here

    If you read and understood- I am a buyer. The seller order was cancelled by the SEO ADMIN. The reply from SEO ADMIN is also quoted. Hope you get enlightened and know that things have changed on this platform for the worse of everyone - buyers and sellers. It will be just a matter of time before buyers migrate to better platforms. No more marketplace protection or moderation.
