Will you receive funds in your balance if your sale is marked as complete?

A buyer ordered my service and it's been delivered, but they haven't rated or done anything. There is a message saying "This order will be marked as complete in 8 days." So does that mean I will get money in my balance after 8 days if the buyer doesn't do anything?

No, marked complete needs 8 days, and after that 9 days more for clearing payment..
means, if a buyer doesn't rate your gig, then it takes total 17 days to get in available balance..
