You can use premium indexer like onehour or submit links to good websites. Dont overdo.

You can make a blog on blogspot and use it to index your backlinks plus there are tools available which you can use but I din't get great success with the tools lately.

The most reliable free method is submitting the exact page URL (the one hosting your backlink) through Google Search Console's URL Inspection tool — that tends to work faster than generic third-party "indexer" services. Adding an internal link to that page from another page you already control that's indexed also helps it get crawled naturally. I'd avoid mass-ping/bot indexing tools though, Google has gotten pretty good at ignoring or flagging that pattern.
