    If the seller doesn't deliver the work on time, you could ask him for an update regarding your service. "When do you think you can deliver?" or something like that. If the seller doesn't respond at all, and hasn't logged in for several days, I suggest you cancel the order.
    If the seller do complete the service with low quality or not as described, you can use the "guarantee" if the seller has one. Otherwise I suggest you create a ticket regarding this, and tell the support that the seller provides useless quality services.

    you contact the seller fast if he dose not give you good response you can cancel the project but seller have to agree with that then your money again added your balance.

    I am also a seller. When I am being late for what so ever reason, I always contact the buyer and tell him nicely. If he agrees then I will always give a bonus or over-deliver. in that case the buyer stays happy and he will return for future orders. the communication between a seller & a buyer is the main thing. a happy customer is a returning customer.

    as per your question, if the seller is not responding, chances are he must be in a problem due to which he can't login. So on your part, you wait for at least a day or 2. if still no response, then you can report the matter or cancel the order.

    If seller do not doing the job, then you have rights to reject the work, your funds will be refunded to your balance when you clicked on reject work, or You can also contact to admin, if you still face some issue, SEOclerks moderator are indeed helpful

    If he or she has yet to deliver the complete job simply use a support ticket unless he or she has the guarantee feature then its easier

    send mutual cancelation request to the seller and cancel your order by mutual understanding.
