    Pravin- I think you broken some rule so now you should contact to  SEOclerck team and send request. they can again activate your account & help you so you can create gig and send message.

    This happened because your seoclerks account have received an infraction. account usually get infracted if we break any terms or conditions . I recently got infraction . too see why your Id was infracted go to your profile and scroll down and read . Your infractions.
