Expecting Seller to be Removed ?

Disappointed with a seller's (imagoz) product whose software I downloaded that installed 2 INSTANCES OF SPYWARE AND A VIRUS, together which attempted to but failed to compromise my Google acct. I received all the details, I.P. etc, from my security company. I requested a refund from SEOClerks, and feel the seller should be penalized. How do I post a thumbs down for the seller?

If those programs that he sent you actually did attempt to do anything malicious, I tend to agree with you, that seller should be infracted, restricted and possibly banned. Have you entered a support ticket yet?

As already stated, there's no way to give the seller a negative feedback if you get a refund but you could share your experience with a thread in the forum:

You can't give him a negative feedback!
Only if you received the file you'll have the option to add a feedback you could add a negative or positive feedback.
By this i mean when you order something after the time the seller presses "Delivered" then you'll have to add feedback then.

If you get a refund from the seller or from seoclerks, can you not give any review (bad or good). So the seller will not get penalized when he refund you
