What should I do if the seller no longer exists?

I bought something, and the seller had delivered my followers, but in my shopping list, it says 'late delivery.' I message the user, but when I clicked on the seller's ID, I was told the user ID doesn't exist. So I'm not sure if the seller no longer exists or if the seller just changed their user ID.

Hi shysag,

If you find an order iI open but the sellers profile isn't active then you'll want to cancel the order. You can do this either by going to order page and then to the 'Cancel' tab on top of the message box. Doing this will take 48 hours before the funds get instantly added back to your account balance. Alternatively you can contact the helpdesk(http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) and have a staff member instantly cancel the order for you.
