How to decrease RESPONSE TIME??

Hello I want to decrease my Response time, I don't know how to decrease this, it's big issue for me on seoclerks...I want to know about this, guide me about this.....
I have not use my account last few days, i have many pending orders in my account, now i have delivered all my pending orders,

PLEASE GUIDE ME NOW HOW I WILL DECREASE THIS?

Reply as soon as on your orders.Not in messages you have to contact/reply as soon as your orders,it means  the orders you have sold.It take much time to reply after your client replied.

This cannot be changed in your settings. You simply need to reply to orders sooner than you normally do. With time, if you do so continuously, this figure will decrease.
