Complete order Propely but Why I get Negative rate?

Hi everybody!!
I am a level-3 seller. I have completed more than 175+ orders on my service.
But unfortunately a BUYER give me 2 negative Feedback in 2 order. But I gave him some extra & deliver in time. In this moment what can I do? will I also give him Negative Feedback ?
Please help me Friends

You should probably send the buyer a message asking what the problem was but since this is the only person leaving you negative feedback, it may just be a scam buyer or a competitor trying to reduce your reputation. SInce it is just two negatives out of a lot of positives, I don't think this should really be a problem.

First step is to interact with buyer and ask him to reconsider his negative rating, if problem continues and you have done work as described in your gig and buyer still gave negative then its possible that buyer is scammer, you can contact support and giving them details why your buyer rating is wrong but you should try to negotiate with buyer bcoz support will only help if you have done work as described!
