Will I get money back for cancelling order?

I paid for a service and it was not done. The guy I paid messaged me to cancel the order. I just did that and it was "mutual cancelation" reason reason.

He simply said he could not fulfill my order, apologized and asked me to cancel.

Will I get refunded??? Please help.

Hi,

Yes if its "mutual cancelation" then you'll get 100% back what you pay but the money will go to your seoclerks wallet not PayPal or Debit/Credit card and you can not Withdraw that money from wallet to any other payment method (Example : PayPal) but you can use that money to Buy anything from this Site.

I recently bought a service and the seller didn't reply to my messages, thus I cancelled the purchased. It was a really easy, fast and straightforward process - I simply opened a ticket at SEOClerks and they refunded me.

In your case, I think it might be automated since it's a mutual cancelation - but if you're unsure, I suggest you open a ticket, since the staff at SEOClerks is really helpful and friendly.

yes you will be refunded..Don't worry. it's frequently happening on seoclerk. But as i know you cannot get those money for your paypal  if you paid money from paypal. that money will be added to your balance.

Yes, if your seller is mutually agree for cancelation, then you say for sending a mutual cancelation request in order page..

and just accept..

simple... and get refund your gig money.

I also bought a service for which I paid an extra 0.35 cents - so altogether the cost was $1.35 - the seller than asked me to cancel without any explanation - I agreed as he was already late - I got back the $1 but the 0.35 cents was not refunded - this as happened now on 2 occasions so I want to know why I have not received in full the refund - and why don't you charge the seller not the buyer - this makes SEO clerks look as though they don't care about sellers fulfilling their obligations as they are making money on every transaction.
