How can I get refund for unsatisfied work by a seller

i want a refund from bloggersjoy but how i do that this is what he said i should do

Please click the button in your account to get your money back. I can initiate your 50% refund only if I see a link to refund in my account and that will be available only if you ask for refund from your account. Asking for refund does not only mean writing messages here but please see in your account there must be a refund option to get your money back. Without you initiating the 50% refund process, I cannot do anything because currently I do not see any link, button, or form in my account to return your money. I hope you understood.

Also if you cannot find the link then please tell SEOClerks that you want to request 50% refund but don't know how to initiate the process.

Do not select the guarantee invoke option on an order, as that will only give you a small percentage of your purchase price back. 

To cancel an order first go to your order URL.  Select the "Cancel" tab which is located in the top of the reply text box. From there simply enter a reason for the cancelation and click "Submit", this will start the cancelation process. Once the cancelation process completes either by the Seller accepting or 48 hours passing the money is returned to your SEOClerks account.
